Cannot Connect

have Amcrest done some update to their systems, my camera no longer works properly and just states cannot connect much of the time , it is not an internet issue and I have tried on IE 11 on a PC running W10 and the other W7 and neither works correctly. I have had this in the past when Amcrest has done an update things don't work properly. Considering people buy these cameras for a reason it is a very poor show that they spend so much time out of action.
