Can the IP3M-943W handle 11.4 - 14.2 VDC?

Can the IP3M-943W handle 11.4 - 14.2 VDC?

Hello,

I'm planning to use an IP3M-943W in a solar charged battery configuration. Can the IP3M-943W handle the voltage from the battery over the course of its charge cycle (11.4 - 14.2 VDC), without needing a buck-boost converter to regulate the voltage to 12VDC?
