Can't view videos when not on home wifi

For the past two weeks I have not been able to view the videos over wifi when motion was detected and I am not at home. I can only view the videos when I'm at home. Live view has not been working either until today after Amcrest View Pro on my phone (Android) was updated yesterday to version 3.43.0102. But so far it only worked one time today after so many tries and I still can't view the videos away from home. Nothing has changed in my home network and in the cameras' settings. I have 3 cameras and they are set to reboot once a week. Is anybody having this problem?

Same issue. Support is TERRIBLE. I submitted requests on this issue a dozen times without a response that made sense
