Can't use the http/rstp API with ASH42-B camera

Hello,
I bought a ASH42-B and after configuring it, I tried to send GET requests using as reference the standard API (https://support.amcrest.com/hc/en-us/ar ... TP-API-SDK) but all my requests are returning 200 Ok without any data at all.

Ex.:

curl --digest -u "user:password" -i -X GET "http://SERIAL_NUMBER/cgi-bin/configManager.cgi?action=getConfig&name=VideoOut"

I know my requests work because I have a IP3M-943B and I can send/receive HTTP requests and get the RTSP stream normally.

Did the api change? How to get it working?

hi @vadavaski and welcome to the forum. i don't think smart home series cameras support api.

Smart Home ASH21 does support rtsp streaming with
rtsp://192.168.0.121/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0
It might not support much else in API.
ASH21 does support Onvif well as far as I can tell.
