Since the last firmware update, I have been unable to save recording schedules on any of my IP2m-841 cameras. Right now, half are not set to record at all -- where before the firmware update they were set to record motion clips.
At this point, I'm going to have to try factory resetting the camera. If this works, I have to repeat for my 11 other cameras, most of which are difficult to access.
The last firmware update has been nothing but issues.

Hello homeuser22,
Unfortunately you will have to do a hard reset after firmware update to fix this issue. It will save just fine once the reset is done.
