Can't login with chrome

Hi,

I am trying to login to the web portal with Chrome and I keep getting a prompt to install the plugin. I install the plugin but keep getting the same message. Seems to work OK in IE.

I upgraded the firmware to the latest available from the website.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Hello ITGuy1024 ,

The plugins for the camera is not fully compatible with Chrome at the moment. It should work with other browsers like Firefox and IE. Google chrome support is currently work in progress.
