Can't install plugin - corrupt

Hello,

I'm trying to access our DVR through the web interface. I go to the IP address and try to log in and it tells me to install the plugin first.

The plugin downloads. I try to add it to Firefox and Firefox tells me it is corrupt.

Do you have instructions on how to get the plugin and add it to Firefox somewhere?

Hello Ian ,

If you have any anti virus program , please disable it for a short while and then download the plugin and try to install it. Also try from Internet explorer also if possible.
