Can I use desktop without plugin to view DVR?

Hi all, new to the system and forum so bare with me. I recently purchased a AMDV10814-4B-B DVR and 4 cameras, got them all hooked up. So far seems great, the mobile app works great and all that....
But, I work in a secure facility with the military, so cant have my cell phone.
The only computer I have access to is a government computer, I cannot download anything onto it such as the Amcrest view plugin.

So... is there a way to view my camera feeds from work without downloading anything to the comp through Internet Explorer? It would be great to be able to keep an eye on things, especially if I deploy, would give me a lot of peace of mind.

I am not overly concerned about security, I am the only one who uses this comp and its only reviewed and monitored to make sure we aren't accessing anything we shouldn't so Im sure that no one would take the info and ip addresses or whatever is needed to access the cameras and use it.

Unfortunately it will not work withoout Browser plugin or a software like Amcrest Surveillance Pro.
