Cameras working--how do I get cloud storage to work!?!?

Hello,

Just installed 3 cameras and tried to sign up for the cloud storage 4 hour trial. When I try to login with the ID I used for my Amcrest account I get the message that there is no account with that name. WHen I try to register it, I get the message that my email address is already in use.

What's going on? Where on this site do I go to register my cameras? This site if very confusing. Thanks.
