I'm using the PC-NVR program and the two 721 wi-fi cameras that are connected have both been assigned to Channel 1 leading to the same issue described in this post:
https://amcrest.com/forum/technical-dis ... t1849.html
I tried to delete one of the cameras from the Surveillance Pro program and re-added it but it still gets added as Channel 1.
I'm also wondering if this issue is causing the two cameras to only record to the PC-NVR system if BOTH cameras detect motion within the same time frame because the recordings that are showing up do not reflect when motion SHOULD be detected by either one separately.
Any idea on how to fix this?

I'm having the same problem. In fact I just made an account to post a new reply to the thread that you linked to, but then saw your newer thread.
I have 7 841's and can only get PC-NVR to record all 7 when any one of them detects motion. I cannot figure out how to separate them. I'm starting to wonder if individual sd cards makes more sense since Amcrest's NVR software seems lousy.
