Camera stopped working in sub-zero temperature

Hi, I have an Amcrest Pro HD Wireless IP2M-842B camera and our weather here is quite cold at the moment. It's -9°C and I can't get it to connect.

What is the normal operating temperature range for this camera? I've had others on various weather forums tell me that their cameras continue to work to the -20 degree range, or have had no problems at all with sub-zero and freezing temperatures.

The operating temperature of IP2M-842B is -22° to 122°F (-30 to 50 degree). They are supposed to work under these temperatures normally.
