Whathe should the camera motion schedule be at when useing the cloud scheduling

You can set up the motion schedule in the cloud or just leave it to detect motion all the time. The changes in cloud will reflect in the camera settings. Please contact support if you have additional questions.

I have been contacting the support and getting no answers why I can not have the schedule active in the cloud with out the camera quitting recording events

The camera will record and detect motion only during the period you set on schedule.
