once again my camera is offline and can only be viewed through the cloud....AND STILL CANT GET ANY HELP ON THIS ISSUE...THANX

I do that all the time. Right now both my cameras are OFFLINE on the app but can be seen on the cloud. Its extremely aggravating to have to go through this every couple days.
