Camera IP3M952E problems

How I can restore all the system to the previous version?. I am facing problems with the IP3M952E CAMERA. after installing the new firmware that the system ask me. all the cameras ProHD works properly but the IP3M952E does not work any more. My system is a NV1108 with 8 cameras four are ProHD and the other four are IP3M952E, all of them have been bought from Amcrest online . I did it everything including to restore to factory default parameters all the system, reset the camera with the hard reset button but does not work. Do Amcrest support those cameras yet? The next problem should be to shift the current system to another camera manufacture.
I have more than one week speaking and chatting with tech support from Amcrest but nothing comes out.
