Camera IP2M-846E resolution keep changing

I setup the resolution of my camera, Model IP2M-846E, to 1920 x 1080 and 4MP bit rate (default). The next day, it keeps changing to lower resolution 720P (1280 x 720) and 512 bit rate.

Every time I change it to 1920 x 1080, the next days it reverts back to 720p.

Does anyone know why the camera changes itself? and how to prevent this? Thanks.

Now I realize my camera is on amcrest cloud. I change the setting to 1080p. But I don't like the fact that amcrest cloud changes my setting. I may have to close the account so it will stop changing my camera setting.
