Hello all, I just thought I would pass on some info. While I am not 100% done testing to call it solved. However I can tell you that over the course of 20min of installing a NEW Cat5E cable the errors went away that was coming up on my Switch.
So What I noticed right off was that me trying to access my Cameras over Chrome or IE would result in a Resources Limited open video failed and another one depending on what camera over what browser I was trying to load the camera. I could still do things in the Setup menus so that was good. I tjust didn't want to load live view or even playback recorded video...
So as a Temp Fix I changed my Managed Switch to run rather then 1000 to 1000 Full Duplex I dropped it to 100m full and ran it at that for the last week. In m first testing I didn't get any errors however in the Pictures I will upload you can see there was a few before a week was past.
Good news was that my DVR's was nice enough to keep a Constant connection to the cameras. I was even amazed to find only 4 disconnects from my WiFi camera that has been known to have connection issues. Also running that camera over my Brand N DVR that I was shocked to find out it would work well with it.... OH and one of the Offline was from the Weekly Reboot so really only 3 over a weeks time. Geez I would get that in a days time lol even more.
So I am going to copy and past info rather then try and screen shot the stats page. First one is the last 30 mins of data without any errors running at 1000 to 1000 and only thing streaming is my cameras and me writing this lol...

This second part is from the last 4 days this was even running at 100 by lowering my Switch allowed connection even still got some errors. So far I have been able to connect to my cameras without errors over webUI and the like... Now there is no change in Ports as I tried them all before I figured it was a Cable error....
By the way without a Managed Switch you might not know that your cable is messed up. It is easy to blame hardware aka the cameras for the fail. So happy new with the NEW Cable installed....
