Button Battery
I have the Amcrest 720p Tribrid 16 channel DVR. The manual states to replace the button battery once every year. Well, it's been 2 years and I've purchased the battery CR2032 as stated in the manual. I have searched this DVR to no end trying to find the battery or anything the size of the replacement battery. Nothing...the manual doesn't have a picture where the battery is located. I've watched videos of Amcrest DVRs and I can easily see the batter in the videos. However, this model DVR does not have anything close to the batteries in the videos. So, where is the battery located? I've placed the new battery beside what I think is the battery, but their not the same size.

Good morning,
I spoke with the team and unfortunately for that model the battery is merged into the motherboard so it is not possible to change the battery on the DVR. We are also going to modify the user manual so that it will not tell users to change the battery. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
