Browser based interface

Post by Bradbury »

The browser interface using several browsers does not function but shows to download a plugin. I have done so and presumably loaded the plugin. Furthermore if I try to access the cameras using the Pro software I cannot get it to show the cameras. What does work is if I go into Amcrest IP config software and login there then I actually get to my cameras. What is up with this? I have cleared my browsers caches and tried but I get routed from that message to download plugin to a Google Play type screen which allows me to "Launch the app". It really should not be this hard!

Hello Bradbury ,

Sorry to hear about the issue. It should work in IE as well as firefox in Windows. It will prompt you to allow or disallow plugins when you login and you need to allow it. Also in the Pro software , you need to add the camera under the devices section and then enter the correct username and password for the camera. Please call our support in case you are still having trouble.
