I have the 960H with 4 cameras. Three are working fine.
The fourth works fine during the day, but at night is pretty much completely black.
I noticed that the Kbps rate is over 100 on all cameras except for this one at night. It's over 100kbps during the day and works fine. Once it switches to night vision, the bit rate drops and the camera basically goes dark.
Any ideas?

It appears that the night vision on that camera is not functioning properly. Did you try taking the camera off power to do a power recycle? If that does not work, you can replace the camera.
