Best camera to capture mountain scenery?

Hello,
I would appreciate recommendations for a high quality resolution outdoor camera to capture mountain scenery for a live web site. This is not for security maters but For great image capture. A friend has a IP2M-853EW 1080P which fits many of the desired wants; rotates, outdoors, optical zoom. Should I consider a 4K? I would like to edit the images captured for iPad type of quality.

If you want an Amcrest PTZ IP camera like the IP2M-853E you mentioned, you could try the 4MP version, IP4M-1053E. Both have 12X zoom. Also there is a 2MP version with 25X zoom, IP2M-858 (also has POE). For 4K, 4X zoom, and manual pan/tilt, see IP8M-MT2544EW. Here's a snapshot of an observation tower located 10 miles from IP2M-858 camera at 25X zoom. Air is not steady.

It would be nice to talk to a amcrest product specialists who can answer this question? I called amcrest support and got a nice 3rd party help but they were reading from the factory answer book and had no real experience. Perhaps I need to talk to one of there large dealers?
