Auto Maintain not working

Post by Lorick »

I have 5 of your WiFi IP cameras and 1 of your POE IP cameras. I have set them up to reboot everyday at 23:50. After making these changes in the settings I make sure to SAVE the setting. The reboot works great the first time but after that the check mark is gone in the settings and the camera no longer reboots.

Hello Lorick,

So it appears that the settings do not stay after it reboots. I will have to check on this further and give you an update.

I have a similar issue with my prohd wifi bullet cam. When mine restarts (I don't have it set to currently, but I'm assuming that is what is happening) my video settings are gone and reset to the defaults.

Hello Ghostyroasty,

If you have added the camera to amcrest cloud service, this could happen. You can set the resolution in Cloud as it takes priority. You need to edit the camera in cloud and then set the quality there. If you do not use the cloud service but have the camera added in the cloud, you can remove it from cloud and that should resolve the issue.

Same here. I have 4 cameras (3 ProHD and 1 HDSeries 720P).. Auto Reboot option does not stick after the first reboot.
