Audio with iPhone app really quiet (for me)

My wife and I both have iPhones and for some reason the audio on her phone is crystal clear/loud whereas it's really quiet on mine (she has the 6S Plus and I just have the 6 Plus). I can hear audio from other apps (youtube, etc.) just fine and my volume is all the way up, so I assume there is a setting in the app somewhere, but I cannot find it anywhere.

Any ideas on what may be the cause or where I can change this setting? Thanks. Here are some of the details if that helps.

Camera: IP2M-841B
Phone: iPhone 6 Plus
App: Amcrest View Pro

Unfortunately there is no such volume setting on the app. In the cameras web interface on a PC, you can adjust the volume levels of the camera. You need to use the Ip config tool on the PC for this.

You need to login to the camera on a web browser after clicking on the 'e' on the Ip config tool. Then go to set up > Camera > Video > Audio.
