i am totally getting no traction from amcrest support hotline ? maybe its my luck with the person who picked up my ticket, so if aecrest is watching please look into ticket #219575

I've been promised a call back from the more technical 'engineering' on their phone support almost 10 days ago with nothing happening. and instead i got a copy-paste email sent by someone who either did not read my email or does not understand english.

other users, how are your support requests treated ?

A long time ago I got some replies from the tech staff, but I'm not seeing any interaction lately.
