AMDV10818 Firmware message

This appears to be a recurring issue here. I noticed someone else posted about it with no resolution.

Our system AMDV10818 (non S3) is prompting for a firmware update and there is none available on the firmware site. I spoke with support on the phone on Monday this week and was informed it would be available by EOD but it has been 3 days and still no download for this unit.

The message regarding the firmware update is blocking our security monitor view and frustrating the users that need to see the cameras.

If there is no update for this system, then please let us know how to permanently disable the firmware warning message.
