AMDV10808-S3 and the time

Hi.

I recently purchased and installed this system. Everything appears to be working except that the time keeps defaulting back to a time zone of GTM-6. In fact, everything on the Date & Time tab reverts to defaults even though I'm clicking save (this is via the web interface using IE11). If I change the TZ to GTM-8, it switches back to GMT-6 upon refreshing the page or coming back to it later or viewing the timestamp on the camera views. If I uncheck NTP, it just goes back to checked later.

Is this a known issue? Is there anything that can be done>

I am in the same situation as you. My AMDV10808-S3 should be set to GMT-8, yet it always reverts to GMT-6. I've tried to change it locally, with the web URL, with the windows application, and the mobile app. No matter how I change it, it always reverts to GMT-6.
It's not encouraging that there is no response to your question after 5 months.
