I've seen numerous forum reports about the inability of the android app view pro to start a replay at a set time. The software is really a piece of crap. but i've found that there can be tricks or workarounds for some of the issues i've found.
What I would like to do is remotely review my nvr recordings I can do this from my home desktop pc using IE and connecting remotely via ddns.net. When I try this on my latop, ie will not display correctly and the time line is blank. Tried changing the resolution but didn't find anything that would work. so i figure using ie on my laptop is a dead end.
So then tried to use the app and i can do a replay. It appears the start time of the replay is random. in any case, i am unable to set a specified time to begin the replay. Anyone have a way of getting this done.

Not sure what you mean by start of replay. In Pro View, a time period is specified and whatever recordings are in it should be played. On the timeline, use a finger left/right to change the time. Usa a two finger pinch/expand to change the amount of time displayed on the timeline. At least that's how it works with my router attached cameras.
