Android version: 6.0.1
Android Model: Blackberry Priv
Camera Model: not sure how to find.
Camera firmware version: 2.420.AC00.16.R, build : 2016-09-09
Mobile carrier:(T Mobile,AT&T etc): AT&T
App version: 3.41.0207 (Jan 20 update)
The Android version of the Amcrest View Pro no longer works. It used to work, but recently (maybe from the Jan 20 update) when I try and add my camera, it tells me that "Login timed out".
I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but this did not fix anything.
This used to work for me, so it is likely not operator error. I am also able to access the camera from FireFox using the plugin, so the camera is working just fine.

Hello RalphSlate,
Please login to the camera web interface form PC and ensure that the 'substream' is enabled in setup > camera > Video.
Also check under setup > Network > TCP IP > P2P and see if P2P is enabled and online. Please give us a call if the issue persists.

Hi Melvin --
Yes, the substream is enabled, and the P2P is enabled and online. The app still times out.
As I mentioned, this used to work until a couple of weeks ago. It seems to be related to the app update.
