Amcrest View Pro APP

Hello everyone, I am having a problem setting up my system on the Amcrest View Pro APP. I have the QCAM-AMNV2M8-4B (2mp POE system). I am attempting P2P setup. I named my device, scanned the QR code on the NVR, entered the username and password and always get the FAILED TO CONNECT message. I am able to use the Amcrest Link APP without issue but it lacks the push notification feature. I was able to set this APP up via P2P. Am I missing something. Has anybody been successful setting up their NVR to the View Pro APP? Thanks

Failed to connect is exactly what I get on my cameras as well. Doesn't matter how I try and connect to them.
