Amcrest View Pro Android App Playback screen Issue

I have an ProHD IP2M-841B. The playback screen of the Amcrest View Pro Android App shows 4 camera windows. When I play back a recorded video, it appears only in the upper left window. Is there a way to make it full screen in playback mode? I've tried tapping the playing window (which works in live view) but it has no effect in playback. Any ideas?

Hello TMKENG,

Try clicking on the playback window and then click on single square on the bottom. If you always get 4 windows it might be because you added the camera by selecting the wrong option like DVR or NVR. You can try deleting the and re adding the camera by selecting wifi camera and p2p option to see if that helps.

Thanks Melvin. There is not a single square on the bottom of my playback screen. The closest thing is an icon that has 4 squares and a small X in a circle in the lower right. Touching that just removes the playback video but does not change the number of windows. I initially added the camera by selecting wifi and p2p options. I do not have a DVR or NVR.

Deleted and re-added camera using Wifi P2P. Still get 4 windows. However, I discovered that rapidly tapping the active window 3 or more times usually (but not always) brings that window to full screen. Double-tap does not work. Not sure why this is so fussy, but at least I have way that usually works.
