Just bought this camera and totally love the video quality and the setup was seamless on my Mac and iPhone app while on home wifi but once i leave the house and login via the app using LTE it never connects to show a live stream... What's the point?
I've updated the camera to the latest firmware, the Amcrest app is the newest version, I set the camera IP to static, I'm using P2P... What is the problem here? I thought port forwarding wast required? What info do people need to be able to troubleshoot? Any help is greatly appreciated or else I have to return it I guess.
Phone: iPhone 7+ (iOS 10.3)
Carrier: T-Mobile LTE
Camera: Amcrest Pro-HD 1080, using latest firmware as of today and latest ios app.
