Amcrest Surveillance Pro

This software came with my AMDV960H4 but it won't let me login. I can use the name and password I setup for admin when I access the dvr from the web, but it wont take the username/password when I use the software. Any ideas?

If you are using Amcrest 960H DVR, the Surveillance Pro is the wrong software. I am not sure why you got that. Below is the link for 960h smart client.

Thank you! Works great. Do you know if there is a way to speed up the viewing like x2, x5, x10 etc etc. Trying to search for something and realtime is kinda slow lol. Any suggestions?
