Amcrest LINK iOS (Login Failed) NVR4108

I bought a new NVR 4108 today and so far it is working well on my home network but Amcrest LINK will not login, I get the error "Login Failed".

I've had my IP2M cameras for a year and they work great in Amcrest view and in the NVR.

I've tried changing my NVR password a few times but still cannot log in.

Do I need to make special changes in my Network settings? I assumed I would just scan the QR code, enter my password on good to go but no love yet. I also deleted the app, and re-installed.

Hello markcm,

The app for NV4108 is Amcrest View Pro and not Amcrest link. Also ensure that the NVR is plugged into the router. Scanning the qr code and adding is the easiest way.
