I have an Amcrest doorbell AD110. Yesterday I had to power off my powerswitch (English isn't my native language hope you understand what I'm trying to say) for the whole house. The doorbell obviously stopped working. Today I noticed that it didnt work so I powered the thing up and it started working again, but when I put my password in it would say that the password was wrong. I decided to hard reset the Doorbell and re-connected it with my phone. While I was busy with the doorbell I decided to insert a SD-Card.
Now it asks for a password to unlock the device. When I enter my password it says: "Device version too low, please upgrade", but there is no version to download and it doesn't unlock anymore. And it fails to get any device info. I did attach some screenshots. Could you help me with this? I can't unlock the device.
Amcrest doorbell: Device version too low, please upgrade
Re: Amcrest doorbell: Device version too low, please upgrade
It has been fixed. I changed the password from the app, this worked well and after this I did a format of the SDcard after this I could see the device information. Works well now. Think that it was something with the formatting of the SDcard.

I'm sorry for not replying. Didn't see this post earlier on. My doorbell did show online after my last post. There was no problem.amcrest168 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 9:35 pm hallo @Darkadam and welcome to the forum. is your doorbell currently showing online on your smart home app?
