Amcrest cloud
Anyone else having problems using Amcrest Cloud the last 36 hours. They seem to have redesigned the site somewhat and now I can't find how to set the motion detect and where to delete a camera. Can anyone help with that? I tried calling the help desk and emailing but no information yet
Re: Amcrest cloud
Hello webbiborah,
To delete the camera, when it shows the recordings, on the bottom left of the page, by the name of camera there is an arrow click on it and you will get the options to edit and delete the camera.

Re: Amcrest cloud
I had to stop using the Amcrest cloud because it kept overriding my camer settings.

Re: Amcrest cloud
Why is this happening? I seem to have no problem with my camera view being flipped 180 and mirrored, but as soon as I go to amcrestcloud the mirror setting gets reset. Its very frustrating, because I can't see anywhere in amcrestcloud to make settings in order to maintain the mirror setting. Is this just a bug that Amcrest needs to sort out?Jordan77 wrote:I had to stop using the Amcrest cloud because it kept overriding my camer settings.
Re: Amcrest cloud
Hello,
In Amcrest cloud, when you go to the 'edit' camera option, it allows you to set the 'Image Appearance' and the option are Norma, Flip, Mirror, Flip/mirror. And unfortunately these are the only options in the cloud currently.

Re: Amcrest cloud
Thanks so much for the explanation! I hadn't realized where these settings were hiding. Now I understand, and having changed them to mirror/flip as needed for my install, I should be all set!Melvin wrote:Hello,
