Amcrest CLoud storage parameters

Had one camera connected to cloud service and motion activated events were stored as expected. Just installed a dome 3mb Amcrest camera and upgraded my service to 2 cameras. Now the first camera is not storing motion events but the new one is!? Shouldn't BOTH cameras store motion events to the cloud service. Both motion is set to ON.

Yes both should record to cloud if you have paid for two cameras. Could you please give us a call so that we can check something from our back end as well?
