Amcrest cloud pixelation

Hey, I've just purchased my first Amcrest camera (IP3M-934W) and joined it to Amcrest cloud. After watching a few clips and some live view, I've noticed that it's a bit pixelated. It's already set to 1080P. Anything I can do to clear it up? I'm only interested in using the Cloud app from Amcrest as I'll be watching externally most of the time.

YOu might try further reducing the resolution to 720P. Insufficient wifi signal at the camera and the upload internet speed matters here and the higher the resolution the bigger the issue can be.
