AMCREST Cloud Iphone App: Can't turn on notifications

Issue:

I cannot turn on notification from the Iphone. I can turn them OFF, but not ON. I can still turn on notification from my laptop. What I have done so far:

I removed and re-installed the cloud app on two separate Iphones.
I removed and then re-installed all three cameras back on the cloud.
I repeated the above two steps.

The problem persists. In addition, the phone notifications are spotty at best. Notifications, when turned on, are not reliable.

This problem started after the last app upgrade.

Same problem. It worked originally! Now it’s stopped. It’s apparently not a phone issue, I’ve upgraded my phone, my iOS, deleted and reinstalled the app. Removed and readded the camera. Is there going to be a fix?
