Amcrest Camera Offline .....
My Amcrest camera suddenly went off line on my computer. Still works just fine from my phones (3 different phones and tablet). How can I get it back online ? My computer is working, no issues. My other security cameras (Reolink and Victure) are working just fine, also connected to the same Switch.

Type of Computer
Type of camera? AKA Model
How are they connected Wifi Or Wired?
what are you trying to use to make the connection ASP, IE, Chrome or some other browser?

Re: Amcrest Camera Offline .....
Welcome to my world of Amcrest cameras, its sometimes a miserable existence. My 2m-842 wireless cameras go on the fritz every day, they always have from day 1. So much so that I had to put Gosund smart plugs on every camera, I auto reset each one 3 times a day...midnight, noon, and 8pm, even at that I get one offline on occasionally and I remote reset it using the Gosund app. My cameras are also configured to reset themselves at 2am every morning too. Mine got so bad that I couldn't trust them, they went down every time I went away! It has literally taken me a few years to get them semi-reliable and doing so using smart plugs.
If you're hitting each camera on your network directly with the IP address, that makes sense that you can see them, that is if the software is on the blink. I'd reboot the machine or at least the Amcrest software and see if they come back in. I have Amcrest Pro and Blue Iris 5 both on my server, I only use Amcrest for setup or adjustments to the camera and I use the remote just in case the Blue Iris remote fails. I like the hotspot and alarming on Blue Iris way better. Also make sure that you configured your cameras using P2P and the serial numbers and not by their IP address. I'm assuming that's not your issue since you see them remotely
