Amcrest app notifications disconnecting randomly

Hi. I have two phones (Samsung 6 and 7) connected to my cameras. Occasionally, and randomly, the push notifications on the phones will turn themselves off. I.e, this morning, both phones got their last motion detect at 0438 and the push notifications on the phones had switched themselves off. I've checked all the settings and everything looks fine. Is this a phone, app, or system issue? Any solutions?
