Good morning,
I have bought an Amcrest 1080p and installed it according to the instructions, I am trying to update the firmware but I keep loosing connectivity to the camara because is continuosly booting. The led is red, the camera move to one side and down and then change to orange, go to red again and sometimes to green... Then start over.
Any possible fix? I haven't been able to firmware update the camera.

Please try a different power outlet to see if its an issue with the power outlet. Also try a hard reset by pressing the red LED on the back for 10-20 secs. If it still does not work its possible that the device is faulty. Please contact us to get it replaced in that case.
