After reading many posts/questions about camera connect issues, everyone should have and use the IP Config tool for basic viewing of camera settings.
I bet many camera owners have setup cameras and never used this tool. It is the basic level camera connection program that shows if the camera is connected or not and lets you see and change some basic config setup. It comes on the disk with every camera or you can get off the web from Amcrest.
