admin account lost PLAYBACK authority

... after created another user account w/ "admin" privileges (authority list) ...
the orig. admin account lost PLAYBACK authority ... GRRRR. !!!

hey AMC : that is really ignorant programming :

,,, repeating:
1) added another admin account ...
2) now , orig. admin account will NOT playback or download
3) fearful to delete newly created admin account ... (that one works as expected)

come-on AMC lets get some adults working the firmware

Do you have any special characters for the original admin account? It has been reported as an issue other than that not sure why its happening.

Amazingly, It is TRUE "some" special characters in PASSWORDS
will detrimentally affect the admin-account-authority .!!!!

This character list is NOT complete, just from my experience:

a bad spcl-character @
OK spcl characters * ^ % $

this is a real bug !
how can a password be VALID for login but diminish the account capabilities ?

make that "manage user" web-form compatible with LASTPASS ...
