Add cameras to App outside of network
I am trying to add cameras to the mobile app that are in another location and therefore I am not on the internal network. I have not been successful in getting this to work is this possible?

2 things:
You need to use the other location's public IP address
The cameras on that network have to be set up in a way that port forwarding can be set up onthe local router.

You can also add camera via P2P method on the app by entering the serial number of the camera manually and the username and password.
