AD410 Changed to Random MAC?
AD410 Changed to Random MAC?
So I have an AD410 that has been running without issues on the side of my house for a few months. Today was a normal day except for some rain. Randomly now the camera changed its mac address to "ec:c1:28:00:00:00"..... I have no idea why or how or how to reset it. Any thought?

For reference, it still gets an IP etc and works correctly (albeit with the wrong mac). The app also still shows the original mac.

Hello and welcome to the forum
My guess is that your using some type of Mesh or Tri band Router that has strange habits and one of them is Mac Leasing for different parts of the Gird to keep your connection. If it is still working I wouldn't worry about it. Most times I am also guessing when others have issues it is because they are using some 3rd party software or hardware to try and monitor the doorbell maybe HA and when it Macs out it no longer works on the device or software they are trying to use. My guess working with SH app as designed
