AD410 cam has disappeared from my iOS app

My AD410 is still on my wifi network and functioning properly in my Blue Iris setup. However, it has disappeared from my Amcrest iOS app. How do I add it back without hard resetting the camera? Thanks!

Click the + and scan the QR or enter the SN from BI if it displays it. You can also get the SN from accessing it via CGI commands.

add the http and : / / as normally would and change your IP to reflect your AD410, It will be the 5th line down

Once you enter the SN in the app it will ask you for the current password. It will then add it back

Thanks for the reply. When I manually enter the serial number and click "Next", the next screen is for Doorbell Installation. If I click "Next", I get the Chime Kit Installation. I then click "Next" again and I get the Wifi Setup screen. Since the camera is already on Wifi, I clicked "Next". Am I doing something wrong?

That is odd that isn't how mine works. You said your camera was missing from app at times when I remove and reset I get enter password if I don't reboot my phone like the app rembers it was installed

My camera disappeared from the app weeks ago. I guess I'll need to do a full factory reset.

Time shouldn't have anything to do with adding back I made a video how it should have worked however things may not always work the same for everyone

However I did use Android so ios might be the issue as some people do have issues with SH on iOS

Thanks for the video. My situation is different in that it doesn't ask for the camera password after entering the serial number. I'll need to do a factory reset.
