AD110 video works but talk fails

I’m unable to use the talk feature of my new AD110. When the button is pressed I get notification on my iPhone, I’m able to stream live video just fine but as soon as I click to start the call it says “failed to talk”. I get the same result if I try to click “talk” while viewing the device in the iOS app.

Just to make sure it wasn’t the phone, I downloaded the app from my wife’s phone and am seeing the same results.

Any help or advice would be appreciated

My guess and only guess is that it is an issue with iOS? Unless your wives phone is something different? my Ad110 talk works on SH App. without an issue. Even tested it on my NVR though WebUI 2 way audio is working without issue.
