Hello,
I have a new AD 110 with firmware version 1.000.00AC003.0.R.19113. When I check firmware update with Amcrest Smarthome the Field „Latest version“ does not prompt anything and below the App states Up To Date.
As far as I understood firmware information here in the forum there has to be a newer one than the one installed on my cam.
Any idea?

Hello and Welcome to the forum.
It might be that there was an issue with one of the FW packages that was setup for one of the SH Devices and to cure the issue of having more people with problem devices they might have removed the Auto Update servers ability to send.
I would click on the Amcrest logo at the top, then click on the support, then click on the Smart Home for type of Devices then on the lower part of the list click on the AD110. In there it will give you all the info about the Device however it will also give you a Contact for Support button for the device as well at the top of the page. Click that and follow what it says and put in a Ticket for issue. It might be that they will send you an email with a link to an update and maybe on how to make the update get into your camera..
