960H - Power supply cuts off when camera is connected

This issue involves one of the dome cameras within the 960h package. Whenever I plug this specific camera into the power supply is cuts of the entire supply including the additional 3 cameras that are fed from it.

Has anyone experience this issue?

Hello Mauro ,

It could be a bad power port on the camera. Have you tried swapping the power cables with another cameras'? You can contact us for RMA if the device appears to be faulty.
