All,
I lost the password to my Amcrest 960h and have been trying to factory reset it. I followed all the instructions correctly from the article here and even hear the beep as expected (https://support.amcrest.com/hc/en-us/ar ... dure-960H-). However, the admin panel flashes and then disappears and I am unable to reset my machine.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or how to factory reset this machine?
