I have two 841B cameras monitoring my house. One does what I tell it to including sticking to its 4096 kbps bitrate. The other one, on the other hand, lags and goes completely out of whack and shows as 20000+ kbps. What could be the cause of this? I have reset the camera and upgraded to the newest firmware a couple of times (downgraded once) with no luck. I thought maybe the camera was connected to someone else's cloud account but read that this would no longer be an issue with newer firmwares and hard resets. At one point I was wondering whether the bitrate for some reason shows as bytes instead of bits, but that would be pretty strange considering the other camera sticks within its limits. I've attached a combined screenshot from the liveview and the setup screen showing the difference.
